How much advanced notice should I give to order a roll off dumpster?
We suggest giving us 24 hours advanced notice when ordering a roll off dumpster. There will be times when we can get it to you the same day, but ordering in advance is suggested.
What size options do I have for a roll off dumpster?
Roll off dumpster sizes vary slightly by area, but in general we offer 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30 yard containers. If you are new to ordering roll off dumpsters, we suggest you speak with one of our highly knowledgeable customer service representatives at (800) 826-7952 to figure out which size would be best for you.
What weekly residential garbage collection areas do you service?
We service areas in residential garbage collection all over the state of Connecticut. The towns we service are:
Bethel, Bloomfield, Bolton, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Coventry, Danbury, East Windsor, Ellington, Kent, New Fairfield, New Milford, Sherman, South Kent and South Windsor

How long do I get to use a temporary roll off dumpster?
You're free to keep the container as long as you need, however there is a rental charge that is assessed after the allowed days. Generally, this amount of time is 14 days. Please call for our current rates and allowed days.
Why don’t I see any prices on your website?
Prices vary by town. If you are looking for prices, please call one of our highly knowledgeable customer service representatives at (800) 826-7952 to see pricing for your town.
How much weight will the container hold?
Weight will vary depending on the material that you put in the container. Please keep in mind the outdoor elements, such as rain and snow, will affect the weight. We suggest that you place a tarp over the container should this be a concern.
How much weight is 1 ton?
A ton is technically 2,000 pounds.
How big of a container do I need?
One way to get an estimate of the approximate size container needed would be to imagine how many full size pickup truck loads it would take to haul all of your material. In general, each load would equal approximately 4 yards of material. So, for example, if you think it would take about 3 truck loads to haul away all of your trash, then you would need a 12 yard dumpster. Again, this is just approximate, so calling one of our highly knowledgeable customer service representatives at (860) 746-3200 is recommended.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm, Saturday 7:30am-12:00pm and are closed on Sundays. You can also call and leave a message 24/7 which will be promptly responded to during normal business hours.
How can I order a roll off dumpster?
There are two ways you can place an order with us. If you know exactly what you are looking for you can send in a request for service on our Schedule Service page. You can also place an order over the phone with one of our highly knowledgeable customer service representatives at (800) 826-7952.
What items cannot be included in the container?
Items that we DO NOT allow in our roll off dumpsters include:
Liquid paint, Asbestos, Poisons, Liquids, Chemicals, Toxins, Flammable Items, Propane Tanks, Car Batteries or Gasoline.
Does the dumpster have a door that opens?
All of our dumpsters that are 10 yards or larger have a door that opens allowing for you to walk inside and place your items without having to throw them over the side. Any dumpster 8 yards or smaller does not have a door allowing you to walk inside, nor do they have lids.
Do you offer permanent dumpster rentals?
Yes we do. Please call us at (800) 826-7952 for pricing and options for a permanent dumpster rental.
Do you give exact timing of delivery for a dumpster?
Due to many factors including traffic and weather, we cannot give an exact time for delivery or pick up of a dumpster. We will do our best to be there at the time that would be ideal for you, but we generally must give a window of approximately 4 hours.
Do you automatically pick up my roll off dumpster?
We DO NOT automatically pick up the dumpster. We do this to make sure we do not pick up a dumpster that is still being used. We need a 24 hour notice to guarantee your dumpster will be picked up the next day, though in some instances, we can pick it up same day.
How can I pay for a dumpster rental?
We offer a variety of payment options for your roll off dumpster rental. They include Cash, Check, American Express, Mastercard and Visa. All dumpster orders are payment on delivery, so you can either pay with a credit card over the phone or with cash or a check upon delivery.
